Register of Interests
By virtue of section 29 of the Localism Act 2011 the Monitoring Officer of North Hertfordshire District Council is required to establish and maintain a register of interests declared by Members of Parish Councils. The interests to be registered include pecuniary interests and other interests, as set out in the Council’s Code of Conduct. By virtue of subsection (7) of the same provision, a Parish Council must, if it has a website, secure that the register is published on the website. View the Register of Members’ Interests here.
